Ms. Elizabeth Pineda
My name is Elizabeth Pineda. I’m the Transitional Kindergarten Teacher at St. Michael’s Catholic School and this is my second year here. Prior to St. Michael’s, I worked as an Instructional Aide and a Teacher Assistant for seven years at the Los Angeles Unified School District.
I love working with young children and I can assure you that your children are in great hands! I have been in a classroom setting since the age of 14. I am confident that the knowledge and techniques I have learned over the years will help me to provide a successful and productive learning environment for my students.
I attained my Associate and Arts Degree in Psychology from Cerritos Community College. Along with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, I acquired a Special Minor in Child Development from California State University Dominguez Hills. My educational career is still ongoing, as I am a semester away from becoming a Chemical Dependency Counselor.
