Ms. Elizabeth Pineda
My name is Elizabeth Pineda. I’m the new Transitional Kindergarten Teacher at St. Michael’s Catholic School. I am thrilled to embark on this new journey God has blessed me with.
This will be my first year teaching at St. Michael’s. I can assure you that your children are in great hands! I have been in a classroom setting since the age of 14. That is why I had a smooth transition when I officially started working for the Los Angeles Unified School District seven years ago, as an Instructional Aide and a Teacher Assistant. I am confident that the knowledge and techniques I have learned over the years will help me to provide a successful and productive learning environment for my students.
I attained my Associate and Arts Degree in Psychology from Cerritos Community College. Along with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, I acquired a Special Minor in Child Development from California State University Dominguez Hills. My educational career is still ongoing, as I am a semester away from becoming a Chemical Dependency Counselor.
